   I found this trio of large terracotta
   pots overflowing with geraniums whilst
   antique shopping on a beautiful sunny
   day in Richmond, Virginia. I couldn't
   resist taking a picture that day and
   I knew before I saw the finished
   photographs that the image would
   become a painting.
